"Rabbit Hole" (2009)

the devil says it's cowardice, admitting that you're powerless
but it's the first step in overcoming shit like powdered bliss
from inside a bottle... I watched so many hours just
slowly get devoured, It's nothing but miraculous
the fact I still exist.. it's pretty fucking easy to drown in the abyss
aimed towards the morgue still not sure exactly how I missed
the pain absorbed was more then I could store, a razor down the wrist
I heard the serpents hiss, all I felt was worthlessness
searching for the perfect kiss, hurting for a fix
herds of kids are murderous, servants to the third six
reverse the crucifix, observe the youth.. it's sick
we went through the same shit... the same old adage...
the strain's too much to manage, thats why the veins are ravaged
observe the black sabbath, be a slave to your habits...
carve my name into the tablets, try to cage the savage
dealing with the body, the soul.. and brain damage
nothing's real, I lost control, down the hole I chased the rabbit ....
wasted in the havoc, my faith is automatic
not a saint, but an addict, just a stranger in the attic....t
