No that was Left 4 Dead. There are special zombies but they are not intrusive imo except the feral which is a real threat and adds an element the game needs imo. I watched my brother play the first one and just spin kick a whole horde of like 15 zombies and smash their heads. So my hope is that 2 is harder. Haven't played 2 btw so I can't speak to it
