also i wish you good luck on the weight loss journey. i used to stress too much about going to the gym, making it such a hassle to even get to the occasion. once i stopped doing that and just WENT instead of thinking about it. I go everyday now, right after work. Even if I didn't do a great workout or my motivation was ehh I still went and that was better than nothing. But word, take it easy and I know you can do it so keep on striving
