Only non alcoholic drinks in my diet are water and coffee, only condiment is hot sauce, don't have a sweet tooth, I minimize oil and salt whenever I'm preparing stuff, and main snacks are vegetables with some home made chick pea based dips
And I do a bunch of gay shit with vegetables, like make a flatbread every week which is made from 'dough' - boiled sweet potato mashed up with some flour and spices and baked like fucking crazy, topped with mushrooms and Spinach
It might be worth investing in an air fryer too, they work fairly well for most vegetables and Tofu (never defiled mine with meat) - just nothing leafier than cabbage
