bros & specifically muff i ate a puebla style cemitas for lunch. avocado, soyrizo, pickled onions and jalapenos, papalo, doused in salsa roja with a side of cauliflower ceviche all of that i whipped up from scratch except the rizo and i am not lying when i say it is bomb af and it is everything i wanted for lunch
and then i had 5 hongos tacos from a truck for dinner
muy satisfactory and not a lb of fat on me
