But eating healthy is good - changes a lot.
Reading this book that discusses subconscious habits. And how when your body is on survival mode because of depression, allergies or just a normal headache the body resorts to auto pilot and on auto pilot we typically operate strictly off bad habits and shit.

Word what book?
For me it’s an oral fixation. From age 13 to 26 I always had a dip in my mouth if I wasn’t sleeping or eating. Spitting and shit. So I started snacking a ton when I quit.
