Word. Don't know why people always say they quit tobacco and gained weight tho. I guess substituting an addiction with eating makes sense.
But eating healthy is good - changes a lot.
Reading this book that discusses subconscious habits. And how when your body is on survival mode because of depression, allergies or just a normal headache the body resorts to auto pilot and on auto pilot we typically operate strictly off bad habits and shit.
