its viewed as dirt because its just a random chain like applebees or whatever for seafood, but since there isn't a bunch of seafood spots in alot of the country its viewed as fancy by people who don't know better

Fancy was hyperbole but I see what u mean cz I don't really fk w/ seafood. just the biscuits. if I'm gonna really celebrate I hit Ruth's or Stony River, I love steak. We have Joe's Crab Shack on the river here but that shit is far from fancy
Admittedly Knuck mine are never as good as the restaurant
