so its your entire posterior chain....traps, lats, glutes, hamstrings....hips and quads are activated too

my form is far from perfect but I typically use my legs and hips more than anything...mid back/lats etc will factor in at the second range of the lift but not as dominantly as the legs off the floor


both hands under is something ive never seen lol....essentially tho id imagine itd be similar to both hands over in that the bar can roll out of your palm one way or the other since there is an opening.......yaknow? like with both palms facing inward on the mixed grip there is nowhere for the bar to roll.....ideally

also both hands under would worry me about running the risk of tearing a bicep muscle

grip is all fore arms tho....switching grip style wont really hit different muscle groups unless your gripping the bar at different positions.....like wider with the snatch grip or more narrow like a sumo pull
