Do you want to maintain ‘creativity’, or only think that perhaps you ‘should?’ Because if you’ve just been busy or not into writing for a while, the easiest way is to start doing the things that made you want to write and make you think about writing now. Is it listening to certain music? That’s usually what I use. It helps me remember what it is I appreciate about rhymes.
