2. My strength is a plus I rolled with a guy larger than me and was still able to pin him

Overall this was awesome. I love it. Need to increase my cardio because I felt like it made me want to give up a few times.

Breathing and patience :)
The best way to increase your grappling cardio is to grapple. It's its own thing. Completely different from striking. Further, stand-up grappling cardio is completely different from knee-wrasslin cardio too. Enjoy the mats.
