If he was taken down, sure - he would get beat. No one in the right mind will stand up with him and if they did - they are stupid. Or they would want to test his ability with smaller gloves.
He would never fight in the UFC. I think it's just a strategic marketing tactic to get Mayweather Promotions going for the UFC to promote fighters and get more money.
