im not sure where low stamina is coming from tho? I guess grouping size and strength as opposing endurance and stamina is the idea but im versatile.

i run a 7min mile 2x a week. jump rope 10min a day and do typical GPP workouts with either farmer carries or sled pulls

what training does Michael even partake in aside from exercising his emotions in the nbl?

genuinely asking....does he train mma? he weighs what 165 ? height and reach ? clearly im stronger but my question would be does he have any formal training in striking or rolling? if so that would be relevant but if hes just a skinny fagot who runs bodybuilding routines at a low body fat count its really unquestionable to me that id mangle him.
