He's not retiring LMAO... Wishful thinking tho.
He's got 4 more years on his contract and he's stated numerous times, he's feeling better then ever HEALTH wise and is going to continue playing till he can not play anymore and try and obtain multiple rings and chips doing so.
He's going for 10 rings!!
