How much fat are you trying to lose, tho? Shits fucking tough being that guy with ZERO percent body fat. My boy's a body builder and does all that extra shit like competes and trains and all that and his body fat percent is like 1 fucking percent and he tells me every day it's nearly impossible trying to sustain that shit.
What I don't get is how much he fucking eats. Like the dude takes 20 shits a day because he's consuming so much throughout the day and shit...
Fuck, I was at 225 - the heaviest I have EVER BEEN and I"m 6'. I've dropped down to 205 . MY goal is 185 and lean/tone the fuck out. Not trying to go over board, just trying to tone up like I used too be. Ever since the birth of my 2nd child man I've fucking slacked off, lost my abs. Still got the immaculate roman warrior chiseled chest and arms but the abs are wayyyyy gone LOL. Good shit tho. I know we've had this conversation before but what's good with competing? You going to do it or nah? A lot of money in that shit bro and exposure... Especially if you win shit, I know Olympia magazine gave my mans a contract and he makes a good chunk of change off of modeling for their magazine and shit... Getting paid for doing what you love and have a passion for is awesome.
