yeah usually in the elite powerlifting meets when they going insane weights they will have a team of spotters....one on each side at least and one behind the squatter as well
thanks for sure tho man, im at 210 now so my plan is to cut down to around 195ish reason being that I don't just start trying to build off my current physique right now is that I have lot of additional body fat that needs to go.....the whole idea of turning fat into muscle is a myth broheem...you can recomp....which is basically the real life version of that concept....losing body fat while putting on lean muscle mass......this is a lot harder to do and a lot slower than just focusing on one or the other tho ie putting on lean muscle mass or losing body fat. the most optimal way to do it is to focus on one goal at a time for a 3month period.
I will be doing a bodybuilding routine the entire time im cutting weight tho so don't think im just going to be dieting to lose weight the whole time I will be lifting with a bodybuilding routine immediately
