Should the owner be ALLOWED to turn him down? Yes. Private businesses reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Should he turn a paying customer away for being a Nazi? Probably not. If the Nazi comes in shouting, "Death to Jews!" Then yeah, you kick him out of your establishment. If he comes in like "Hey, can I get a dozen bagels and a strawberry shortcake." And hands you money, then no. You shouldn't kick him out. That's bad business.

This shit isn't hard to understand. If anyone comes into your bakery being an asshole, you should kick them out.
