i eat about 350g of carbs a day lol
carbs are everything if youre trying to build muscle
and theyre especially important to your energy via glucose levels...as you have recently found out lol
if youre just trying to lose weight the only thing that matters is calories in vs calories out
there was an article about a guy who only ate mcdonalds (don't do this) and he lost a significant amount of weight due simply to the fact that he was eating at a calorie deficit
but then you want to factor in micronutrients also for health in general sooo don't do that u will die ....skinny...but they will put u in a slim fit coffin lol
