190 give or take headed to 205 by December

just squatted 425 yesterday ayyyyyyyyyyy

lemme know tho id be happy to help you out. if youre serious about macros you will want to download the myfitnesspal app I think I told u that a while back I forget tho...but word get it

diet infinitely more important than training routine

an as far as not lifting heavy to achieve definition thru high rep protocol....that's misguided

build muscle....then cut fat

definition achieved

for some1 relatively new to weight training id suggest the same thing I was suggested 5yrs ago or so.... starting strength or some 5x5 variation. heavy compound lifts. this is to build your base......once you are fairly strong you can opt for a more hypertrophy geared program schedule that you probably see most people doing wrong in your local gym.......but start off w the big 3.

Not saying being drunk doesn’t mess up you reasoning. I’m turning 20 soon so I haven’t had a drink ever.
