lmao jesus christ

okay, some of you know my history and whatnot but some of you know me from wayyyy late in my career. I'm somewhat of an online relic by todays standards but fortunately there are some fossils that even predate me still around.

lmao TLDR; I've been text battling since like 10 years old.

I started out at RAPBATTLE (before it even had an S at the end you new skool faggots!), back in the day Shadow owned the site and some of its bigger names I remember were the likes of Epidemik, DeadlyFlow, adapt, Mute 0ne, shogun assassin, MadLibz, Tha Genius, The Infinite Flow, Meskaline, Ill Omen

it was predominantly US dominated, i don't remember too many more british emcees there at that time. there was one dope british dude who went by Listen/Chicken and a couple other names that came a little later on, maybe 2002-2004. there was some beef between Jay Krupp and Shadow that culminated in Jay Krupp battling him over at SOHH.com LOL @ me even remembering that, my text battle memory is insane, but alas...

Jay Krupp eventually left RB to form RhymeNReason, taking a lot of dope RB vets with him in the process. the likes of The Infinite Flow, i.E aka @Frank, Tha Talent aka @Certain and @Atheist were there too, it was a dope spot for topical heads but pretty small in comparison to its RapMusic or RapBattles counterparts.

I was still very young at the time, early teenage years maybe, and I remained loyal to RB - never venturing from it. I won a ton of crap, too boring to list of my achievements here, but i was pretty well regarded at RB. I never battled outside of there though, and these "dope vets" wouldn't battle me at RB as it was full of "newbs", much like we think of it today.

somewhere along the line i bumped into Desenuts of FiendWorld and he hit me up via Pm on some "Hey, I like your work, come battle in my league!" feeding my ego shit. In my naïve youth, i leapt at the chance, joined FiendWorld as an alias "Bob Afett" to test the water (god, doesnt that seem a recurring theme with me?) and did pretty well.

eventually Desenuts left to mod over at RapMusic, convinced me to follow him and join their league, and that's where most people know me from nowadays because of my topicals and league wins/tourney wins etc

somewhere along that journey, i wanted to try my hand at text battling. here i found RipTheMic, LyricOlympics, HipHopHeads and lord knows how many Mental Stamina owned websites LOL as well as just about everywhere that was popping for a hot minute, be that BBoys, PR or 411hype. ive frequented everywhere. i was a young teenager with too much time on my hands.

I frequented a LOT
