two of my cousins and their fiances been addicted for 4+ years. they both have toddlers. one of the fiance's od'd and passed last christmas.
good friend/former boss od'd & passed last year. one of my closest friends has od'd twice and is currently in rehab for the 7th time in the last year.
those are the closest. beyond that, i'd say a few dozen friends from back home have either od'd or od'd and passed. i come from a town of 3,000 people and we had over 100 od's last year. bad batches hit and 20-40 pass at a time.
