try to get deeper when your hips drop. also ensure you tighten your core on these - your back will thank you later.
good work. 500 was where i peaked. the past year has consisted of barely any lifting due to injuries/baby/focus on bjj but my deads are always still 405-435 even after a few months off. the rest of my lifts are always trash after a break though.
current break is gonna be a long time, sadly. i wrecked my lower back bad from a combo of inverted guard and large dudes in bjj and then going to deadlift heavy afterwards. i'm in PT for the foreseeable future T_T
