No Shopping actually wasn't the
response. No Shopping is what set Joe off. Joe heard it from someone and was waiting for it to drop publicly, but French's label kept pushing it back, and eventually Joe got tired of waiting.
So chronologically Drake was first. But Release-wise, Joe dropped first. And Drake was mums after that.
