carolina reaper is (and has been) the god tier though. too bad it's a bitch to get for a reasonable price outside of blends.
i did a blackberry ghost pepper jerky that sold out quickly. then i did a hybrid ghost and trinidad scorpion variety that sold out equally as fast.
need to get my hands on some reapers! |
