I fucked it up 5 yrs ago doing incline bench felt a twinge go up and down my entire left arm. I was like 19 doing 185x8 bench at the time and have since stopped all freeweight exercises. I did buy an elbow health package and grippers from iron mind though because that can mitigate or completely eliminate elbow pain by re-strengthening the tendons if exercises r followed diligently. Like bands and an EEG ball and shit to grip. Will update on status of elbow but for now I just started doing a lil dumbbell work again and running. Gonna holla @ some HIIT and when my arm's back up to shape hit freeweights again
