As it stands now this will only be a 16 man tourney... tho if I get enough quality names in the next cpl/few days I'll bump it to 24, possibly 32.

The participants will be hand picked by myself.... if I don't know u & u decent, I'll peep ur history & confer w/ Bags to see about getting u a spot.

I'll also determine the seeding & 1st round match ups.

The mags for this will be done by me, every round.. anyone willing to help w/ a section here and there can be my guest. I'll be PMing ppl about interviews & other shit as well.
