It's pretty obvious that racism does exist in police forces on some level, but assuming all cops are racist, or that every instance of a police shooting is racism, ends up damaging the credibility of BLM supporters.

Nah, not everyone jumps to conclusions...
Every time I hear a story about the police shooting a black person after he points a gun at them, I think "Well, hes stupid for pointing a gun at them"...
My friend got killed by the police 6 years ago...
He had a gun on him...
The police say allegedly he pointed it at them...
I knew him and I dont think he did it but theres no footage/witnesses to prove it...
But these dudes are get slaughtered on camera while theyre unarmed...
thats a problem...
Even if they have a gun on them, it doesnt mean that they have to be killed...
Black dudes are not walking around with the quick draw perk from call of duty...
Philando Castile got shot while he was sitting in a car...
No gun in his hand...
Do you really think he intended to use it on a cop?...
