Tommen jumping out of the window legitimately shocked me at the time, although it's pretty telegraphed in hindsight. I WAS JUST FULL WTF SO I COULDN'T SEE IT COMING.

There was definitely a lot you could nit pick. Arya's travel time and lack of recuperation. Also, how did she get a face? I thought she told the Faceless Men to GTFO, maybe I misread the scene and she's just a freelancer? Perchance she just stashed mad faces when Jhaqen wasn't looking? Whatever. Also, Varys is clones now. What happened with Euron? I know his story line will feature next season but I thought it'd be a bit more prominent. The Hand of the King, and Tyrion shoehorning 'game', felt so fan-servicey that I cringed. NOT A HUGE CRINGE. 20% CRINGE. Might be one or two things I've forgot. They jammed so much in that it couldn't breathe.

Shit was dope, bruh. Seeing the ships finally (finally) sailing for Westeros, and Drogon sweeping in. Just: fuck bruh. Cersei going full God Mode. R+L+J. Jaime and Walder's exchange. That piano score bleeding in and out during the entire 30 minute King's Landing scene. The shit-version Sand Snakes getting BTFO by Olenna. So many damn payoffs.

On balance I still think this has been the weakest season of the show, but it had, arguably, the best ending. Last two episodes contend with any two episode stretch of the series. Nailed the fucking ending.

It's not the GOAT show but it'll go down as a classic and as the best genre show ever made.
