I don't know that and neither do you. He said he'd like to purchase before his right to own one is infringed upon, what's the harm in that? How do you know he'll go all tacticool on us? lol I am a firm believer that you should practice with your weapon for sure no doubt but how can he gain accuracy with something that you say he shouldn't have?
