but its california, and everyone involved knows bernie won by quite a bit, and its our last chance, so we're doing quite a bit over here to make sure they all get counted
although the closest they're letting us get so far, as a 'volunteer monitor', is in the same room, in a roped off spot, 30 feet away from the people actually counting the provisionals, so really they can count them whichever way they please,
but santa barbara was one of the first counties to get done and bernie has now officially won it. that trend is expected to continue
