as a Bernie supporter from day 1, it truly baffles me that other Bernie supporters wouldn't vote for Hillary if/when she gets the nomination. Bernie has done well to push her into a more progressive stance on a lot of issues (though, as we all know, campaigning politicians are very different than elected politicians), but to think Bernie running as an independent would do anything but make it easier for Trump to win is naive. a Sanders landslide in California would be great, but I'm not holding my breath. while socially California is as liberal as it gets, there are a lot of rich people in the state, many of whom I suspect will prefer Hillary. we'll see though, I'm still gunning for the Sand man.


though I should add, if Bernie doesn't get the nomination, I strongly doubt he will run as a third party candidate.
