The definitions of words like DIVERSITY and MINORITY are completely misunderstood in today's society.
Diversity does not mean HIRE MORE BLACK PEOPLE. It means to have fairness in representing different groups of people. Minority means you are in lesser numbers than another group.

literally none of this is a good point. you think that because a few black owned businesses could promote black employees over white employees, there's some cities where whites are the minorities, and that there's an all black sitcom, and a black host on a black television channel, that white people need groups to defend them in unfair hiring processes?
