Nextly: Corporations are made up of people, and are considered a person in the eyes of the legal system, friend. which leads to my grand point: IF Bernie does do these things which harm the corporations profits (whether righteously earned or not) and they do one of those 3 things to keep their profits.....does that not end up hurting the very people he said he is trying to help?
Boof, Socialism is the economic arm of communism...and I hate to sound cliche, but it only looks good on paper. That is why cubans escape cuba to come to america, and not vice versa.
can we agree on this point?

helping the members of your country in less fortunate situations is not cutting off your nose. there are more wealthy people that understand the awful repercussions of our free market than you realize.
i know corporations are people in the eyes of the legal system, friend. that doesn't mean it's accurate. as a matter of fact, it's fucking ridiculous, and that is only the law because of the ongoing corruption of legislation. i would think you know that. to answer your question, no. if a corporation makes 100 billion a year, and now actually pays its 35 billion in taxes instead of hoarding it, the country gets 35 billion. if the company in turn legally increases its profits by 35 billion, we now get 35% of 135 billion which is 47 billion, and so forth. i doubt that corporations price inflation will cost america $47 billion, (again this depends on the corporation), and i doubt it will cost $47 billion worth of employment salaries if they need to cut some jobs. again, i'm not sure why people defend the corporation. if it can't make these profits in a legitimate way, it does not deserve to be a multibillion dollar company in america.
as far as countries like cuba or venezuela, socialism is a terrible thing when the government gets over involved and uses it to corrupt their country, keeping the money meant to be spent on socialist programs, etc. like how the capitalism in this country creates billions of dollars that all go to special interests that in turn go to the governement to keep special interests happy, leaving no benefit for the lower and middle class. democratic socialism is socialism to benefit the people, not the governement. america has a nice ribbon labeled 'free market' & 'the american dream' tied around the way they justify this corruption, and most people are blinded by that.
