WORD. Do you drink your coffee black or nah? I put too much sugar & creamer in mine, but yo it's straight with Agave syrup when I have it on deck (healthier)
and word on the fish oil. Have you heard people using gelatin in similar fashion for joints? This old lady at work was telling me that she would actually drink gelatin and it helped her joints.
Also meant to mention, a lot of wrestlers would eat fistfuls of Cracklin Oat Bran post workout. That shit tastes good plain and gotta be healthier than the other shit (I would guess).
