Supplements r really prolly the least important to me honestly. Protein powder is helpful since it's pure protein but I could do without it. I get like 10lbs for 50 bucks tho so fuck it. Creatine is prolly the most important because I'd have to eat a truck full of meat to get the same amount from food that I get from the supp. Im actually done w bcaas an gkutamine cuz i feel like theyre a waste if money. Fish oil helps w joint pain mostly. U could Google omega 3s an get a grocery list of good benefits from it tho.
