i ate a giant taco salad for dinner. fresh lettuce chopped up in a bowl, fritos scoops smashed up overtop, ground beef+taco mix/seasonings, mexican shredded cheese, topped with some spicy taco sauce, ate until i felt sick like a G
now i'm drinking some RC cola in a cup with ice lmao like a gentlemen.

i have been eating healthier though on the weekends. i get bags of different lettuces, and bags of baby spinach. make beasty salads. i bust up bacon in them with pan seared chicken, parmesan, shredded mozzarella, croutons, and douse it in italian dressing. its not healthy in any type of CALORIC sense.
but its alot of vegetables THO.
and i drink a V8 everyday. water all through the day. its not from a losing weight standpoint though. i'm not a fairy or a woman. i just like taking hearty shits.
