Legit. Cooking dinners for the week helped me sooooo much. Cuz it's just like ur saying....dinner time comes along an so much shjt is going on an it's so easy to say man....I could hit the drive thru in 2 min an be good...or I could call for pizza an still do everything around the crib I want etc.........if the shjt already cooked then 1) u can just toss in mic 1 minute u good an 2 ) ull feel obligated to eat the shit so u not piss in grocery money down the pisser

An I hear u on kid-friendly foods....I try to do stuff for me that's kid friendly too....like make sum waffles....but throw sum protein powder in jt so we can both get down. Little shit like that man. Just small adjustments day by day till finally u doing a complete 180 from where u were.
