I try to get her to eat as much of the "clean" stuff that I can.....but if I'm being completely honest 75% of the time I'm cooking seperate meals for her. She's pretty picky. It's easy tho Cuz I'll cook my meals in bulk an then just microwave them real quick an then I can cook for her with little extra effort spent that day/night. BUT if ur serious I would legit help u to clean up ur diet....doesn't have to be "bland" shit....I marinate the fuck out of my chicken, I eat cheeseburgers, I eat steak.... I eat bagels, donuts, poptart etc.....even just making urself a shake w sum fruits an veggies could be a step in the right direction. Overall though if ur just trying to lose some weight an feel healthier just need to figure out the amount of calories ur body is currently spending a day to fuel u an then eat less then that (there's tons kf websites that will do this for u or I can help u if u legit want)

I know generally the way to clean up my diet.. and tbh for breakfast and lunch I'm USUALLY pretty good.. it's the dinners that hit me.. usually, since I'm working two jobs, I'm either eating mall food at my second gig or I'm cooking more kid friendly meals.
I should really get to bulk cooking. would make it so much easier.
