my diet
fluids:
arizona arnold palmer gallon jug, harris teeter valencia orange juice, and a crapload of water
morning:
banana
yogurt
cereal or frozen waffles, maybe eggs if i'm feeling productive
string cheese
day:
popcorn, pretzels, blackberries, blueberries, grapes, nuts/trail mix
lunch:
ham and cheese sandwich. maybe a pickle if the jar isn't in the back of the fridge.
early evening:
see day
dinner:
steak, chicken, pork, or fish. some kind of side, likely a carb, but maybe my wife has found another vegetable i might eat? who knows. maybe!
dessert:
ice cream or gelato
oh, and if it's a workout or training day, a protein bar. too lazy for mixing protein anymore.
