I'd get hella small if I followed some weird ass diet like this
Morning 9am:
Egg whites out the carton
Turkey sausage
Mid morning 11am:
Pack of tuna
Afternoon lunch 12:30pm:
Meat, chicken, or fish with white rice and either lentils, or garbanzo beans
(All portioned)
Mid day snack 2pm:
Protein bar: 2g sugar, 18g protein, 24g carbs, 0g fat
Pre gym 5pm:
The second half of my afternoon lunch
6pm gym (2hr min):
1 scoop Con-cret Creatine
2 scoop GNC brand L-Arginine 5000mg
1.5 scoop C4 50x Pre workout
Post gym 8:30pm:
Something similar to my afternoon lunch
Sometimes an Herbalife 24 protein shake (if they Sellin it next door)
Before bed 10pm:
10 dinosaur shaped @
TYSON chicken nuggets
And lots of water throughout the day
Stats:
160lbs
Don't squat bad for knees
Deadlift 315 (not risking more)
Bench 115's dumbells
Curl 65's concentrated
