An sum dumbells (I'm assuming this wat u meant by barbells....)
U not gonna get swole just from lifting a bit tho
So
Most people start w a beginner strength routine then either switch to bodybuilding (prolly wat u want) and or stick w strength (this wat diode, pancake an fagit NYC do)
I can link some routines for u to look out if u want
