All due respect, but Sanders' ideas are not idiotic. Unfeasible? Overly idealistic? Sure. But his ideas are grounded in economic theory and successful political practice elsewhere in the world. Trump's "ideas" are, demonstrably, idiotic. They are grounded in nothing but sound bytes and believed by no one who has any clue about how economies work. You can disagree with Bernie for a lot of reasons, many of them legitimate, but to wash both of them together in a sweeping generalization is lazy and uninformed.


What's funny to me is that Trump claims to be the non-politician and a straight talker, when in reality he is by far the best at playing politics on the republican side. He sidesteps and deflects every single specific policy question he gets. He's entertaining though, can't deny it.
