I also don't see a problem with it, sometimes it can be pretty cool, like Certain said it isn't really any different than quoting someone else in a piece, which is done regularly, it's not like it's an unfair advantage if anyone can do it, should they so choose.
If voters personally don't like it, that's a risk the writer takes, I see no reason to ban it.
