Surely it doesn't matter the skill level of the voter if he is just giving his honest opinion?
Everybody has an opinion, not just seasoned vets. True it could be seen as hypocritical of him to say keep practising to you but I don't think he was trying to say he is better than you, from my experience with him he's well aware of his own level. Let's try not to discourage voters on a site that badly needs as many as possible.
