Then he went accent style for like 3 albums

Then recovery an mmlp 2 were same style

I always attributed it to him being out of touch with the scene honestly......Wen he dropped he was so embedded in the culture that he was able to create his own lane.....after the first 3 albums when he got money and his drug problem escalated I feel like he lost touch w the culture .........it's more apparent then ever now w him going back to mmlp to "give the fans wat they want" .....aka.......idk wat the fuck the fans want. From a skillset perspective alone he may possibly be the best mainstream writer ever to bless the mic......but without having that in......that window....i mean.....it's like listening to ur grandpa tell u about style. U have no idea wats cool grandpa u old fagot.
