Sure hope it's a parody, I smiled at the ''GET THE MESSAGE'' with the high pitched low tier mid puberty cheerleader voice. The truth is what separates that part of the song from actually being sort of funny to complete cringe and embarrassment on his behalf. Overall this is probably the best I've heard from him in a while ... and that says a lot. I just can't see the appeal to Kanye West beside production.
