Here you wouldn't need to have money at all so it is taken out of the equation in terms of healthcare :) My reasoning is based on the fact someone making that salary will be more grounded, more responsibilities, and the average 29 year old person will have a family, thus things to spend money on other than himself/drugs/alcohol. A rich man can both do those things and spend insane money on partying every day...a lifestyle the first man simply can not afford. The first man could die the same way as the second man, but it would take much longer.
