The current reported death toll is 158 victims; 163 deaths after inclusion of the perpetrators. It will probably increase.

This was almost certainly perpetrated by ISIL, but perhaps by al-Qa'ida or homegrown terrorists. Witnesses reported hearing Allahu Akbars. This attack was well-organized and comprised simultaneous incidents, an al-Qa'ida hallmark that contrasts with ISIL. In the West, ISIL attackers are usually lone wolves or small, homegrown cells; in the Middle East, they prefer car bombs and single-target assaults. ISIL has been growing, though.

ISIL might take credit for this, but they take credit for every terrorist attack. I'm waiting for reliable evidence before I blame a group.
