[Woke]

Life began and ended in a blink of an eye
Everything in between were seams shredded awry
As infants we held hands but never took freedom of flight
So when you broke off we watched destruction arise
Power starved feeding on the masses alone
Breaking ground while amassing sound catacombs
Building blocks of death, Sky scraping autonomy
All while honoring self proclaimed prophecies
Wealth in chains.
Currency being populace enslaved
Greed in change.
Beautiful eyes get lashes til slain
Believe what you will, but there is a big bang
When we step back into the picture, and yank on the reigns
Life won't cease, nope; we just correct each gaffe
See life is a circle, and death, a checkered flag
We never micromanage, we just rinse and repeat
You're an ant on Mt. Everest, unknowing and weak
So when we collapse humanity and it vastly recedes
We expand it in hopes of creating more then a being
As strange as it seems, string theories are lacing up genes
So when we start from scratch we hope the new batch
