3. Yes, pretty much. However, everyone in the show ends up calling it Evil corp....so its hard to tell if its all in his head or what happens because even when he isn't involved, its still called Evil Corp.
4. His job isn't high paying, as attested to by his apartment? Fights crime...sure. Girl best friend doesn't want to fuck him and they are connected by a tragedy in their past. Oh...there's a massive twist on the drug dealer too....again, I dont want to ruin anything.
5. It's more of a play on what some hackers actually try to do where they put together information they can find out about you and use it to put forward an educated guess.
Honestly, other than Gotham, this is the only series I'm watching right now.

Remember, I'm just talking episode one. Some of this shit might change.
1. Christian Slater's character directly says they he knows main character feels something wrong, and it's that everyone is controlled by money. Anyways, anyone who has a problem with "society" should just look through history and realize it's all just the same pattern. Humans generally react to things a certain way, things develop in certain ways. It's not a hit on the show, I just know internet gimps are creaming over this while going onto hacking websites on their self made laptops dreaming of being a criminal from the safety of his parent's basement.
2. I might know the spoiler. I mean I wouldn't have picked up on it but I think I read the spoiler.
3. I think it's being changed to evil corp in his head. Like when he hears E corp, it's being changed. Kind of like changing a word on an iphone to something else so that when you type in whatever it comes up like that. A filer of sorts.
4. Isn't he supposed to only like things like his apartment? Can you imagine this dude living in a mansion? As far as I know, being an integral role of a multi-billion dollar company with the biggest conglomerate contract in the world is high paying. Hell just being a dude who tests Microsoft Word is high paying. In this episode alone they were clearly all about fucking. She got really awkward and obviously was like "Oh, you've eh, got someone here, good for you" and they nearly kissed when they hugged and shit. Maybe that changes like the tragedy you mentioned but still.
5. Absolutely true....but "Damn he can't have a complicated password, I must have missed something". Really? So he CAN'T have just seen a random cat outside the window and called his password blac4ca7 or something like that? That's how most passwords are done.
I'm liking it though and I did this with Dexter as well. Dexter is a master of murdering people....despite being caught every two seconds.
Not a Gotham fan cause I'm not a Batman fan. Also, these days I just want multi universes or nothing. I'm too spoiled for Superhero shit. I know it's not superhero and it's grounded and gritty but so is Daredevil and cause I know that is part of something bigger I'm cool with that.
Got the next two episodes loaded. Interested anyways, even if Christian Slater sucks. He gets bonus points for being in Archer but that's about it. After this, it's Narcos. Just finished The Sopranos, has aged horribly.
